BioSense

BioSense is a digital biofeedback mirror tool that provides users with postural and muscle information in real time, contributing to the prevention, diagnosis, and rehabilitation of occupational musculoskeletal disorders. By combining electrophysiology with Extended Reality technology, BioSense displays corrective musculoskeletal feedback on a live digital twin of a user who is executing a physical task, e.g., a musician playing an instrument, an archer shooting an arrow with a bow etc. A wide range of useful quantitative data is visualised in real time and also logged for offline processing. This allows using BioSense as a self-administrated tool but can also be leveraged by healthcare professionals as both a prevention or an intervention tool with healthy and affected users.
