Ingredio is a mobile application which allows users to use their mobile to take a picture of the ingredients label of a cosmetic or food item and find out whether they are safe, toxic / allergenic or natural, in accordance with the existing chemical data bases. Our goal is to empower the increasing number of people who wish to lead a healthy lifestyle, and raise awareness on healthy diet and toxic- and chemical-free cosmetics. Our vision is to create a society free from toxic chemicals, and inform and educate consumers about the ingredients of the products they buy. The Ingredio team is committed to achieving its goals: protecting people’s health and the environment, and raising awareness among consumers towards a world free from dangerous chemicals.
