Eleni Bathianaki

She is the Managing Partner at Halcyon Equity Partners AIFM, a private equity fund investing in growing Greek businesses.

She is a mentor at Endeavor Greece, a leading global community with a mission to support entrepreneurs through mentoring and networking opportunities, and a Board member at Desmos, a non-profit foundation operating since 2012.

She has over 24 years of experience in investment banking, mergers and acquisitions advisory and private equity positions.

She was a partner and member of the Investment Committee at EOS Equity Partners (2016-2022), a private equity growth fund with €150 million in assets under management. She was a Senior Manager at the Piraeus Bank Group strategic transformation department, responsible for mergers, acquisitions and capital issuance transactions (2009- 2016).

Prior to that, she worked at the Morgan Stanley investment banking department, responsible mergers, acquisitions and capital market transactions for public and private sector corporates in Greece and the CEE region (2007-2009).

She started her career at the Citigroup Global Market Investment Banking Unit in 2002, being involved in multiple mergers, acquisitions and privatisations in Greece, the CEE and North Africa.

She holds a Banking and International Finance Degree from City University Business School London and an MSc in Accounting and Finance from London School of Economics.
