Efharis Perpinia

Efharis Perpinia is Vice President of the Steering Committee at EIMAD, and a Board Member at QualityNet Foundation and the Hellenic Management Association (EEDE).

She has long and well-rounded experience in the wider field of HR Management and Communications, through her background in various roles in many different business sectors, both in Greece and abroad.

She started off at the Athenian Brewery SA, a subsidiary of Heineken NV in Greece, and then moved to the Heineken NV headquarters in the Netherlands. Upon returning to Greece, she took over the role of HR Manager at the Athenian Brewery. She then served as:

• HR and Administrative Services Manager at the Antenna Group
• HR and Communications Manager at ERGO SA
• Human Resources Executive Director at Forthnet SA

She also worked in consulting for 3 years, mainly for the banking and shipping industries.

She is heavily involved in mentoring on a one-on-one level or through organisations such as the Hellenic Institute of Human Resources Management (EIMAD), JobPairs, IforU, etc. as she understands how valuable it is.

She holds degrees in Management and Organisational Behaviour, and in Management Information Systems (MIS).

Efharis speaks English and French, and has a diverse educational background.
