Eleni Siouti

Eleni Siouti is an international legal counsel admitted to the Athens Bar Association with more than 15 years of experience in M&A, international commercial law, energy projects, finance and corporate law. She is the founding partner of SPV law firm and a member of the Gender Equality Committee of the Hellenic Federation of Mountaineering and Climbing (EOOA).

Previously, Eleni was a partner at a leading law firm in Greece, advising multinational clients on complex cross-border transactions, privatisations and energy investments. She has also served as Head Legal Counsel of a maritime group and an IT services provider, and has worked with English law firms in Paris.

Eleni holds a Master’s degree in International Economic Law from Paris II Panthéon-Assas and an LLM from Queen Mary University of London. She is fluent in Greek, English and French, and speaks German and Spanish.
