Katerina Triviza

Katerina is Thrive Global's Director of Corporate Programs in Greece.

During her 40 years of experience in the field of HR, she has served as General Manager at Eurobank Business Services and Director of Human Resources at Eurobank. She also worked in the Directorate of International Agreements at the Council of Ministers of the European Union for 10 years.

In addition to her professional activity, she has been an active member of several professional organisations for many years, including CEO Clubs Greece as Vice Executive President, as well as the Association of Chief Executive Officers (EASE), the Hellenic Institute of Human Resources Management (EIMAD), the Leadership sector (THGE) and the Greek People Management Association (GPMA).

In recent years, Katerina has also been providing mentoring services to entrepreneurs, startup founders and senior corporate executives.
