Manolis Alivizatos

Manolis Alivizatos is Head of Analytics, BI and Innovation at NTT DATA Greece since 2022. He participates in software development and the expansion of NTT DATA's activities in the field of health data.

He was involved in various business ventures (2009-2014) as partner and manager in retail and system installation. Afterwards, he started investigating business opportunities in data analytics and consulting on data management and machine learning/AI. Since then, he has worked as an executive in various companies offering advanced analytics and data management solutions to major clients.

He has 20 years of experience in research and development (R&D) and software development in various fields (applied research, defence and aerospace, marketing / market research, network monitoring, health sciences), as technical lead and project manager in large-scale and innovative enterprise software solutions.

Manolis is an electrical and computer engineer (NTUA, 2002). Results of his doctoral thesis (DrEng, NTUA 2005) on data processing were adopted by the defence industry.
