Maria Gatsou

Maria Gatsou has been the General Manager of the Association of Greek Tourism Enterprises (SETE) since September 2020.

She joined SETE in 2018 as Communication Manager.

She started her long career in communications in 2000. She joined V+O Communication in 2005, where she gained experience in tourism, shipping, real estate, retail, etc. She has a proven track record in designing and implementing strategic communication plans (public affairs, media relations, etc.), as well as emergency and crisis communication management.

Maria holds a degree in Business Administration, specialising in Marketing Management, from the American College of Greece and an MA in Tourism Marketing from the University of Surrey.
