Maria Kefala is Director at Octane Management Consultants.

She has 10 years of experience in consulting services, having supported startups, large corporate clients and public sector clients on strategic, commercial and operational matters.

Specifically, she has carried out numerous projects to transform the customer experience, optimise the commercial operation and operational redesign for clients such as WIND Hellas, PPC, Vivartia, HPPC, HEDNO, Public, Emporiki Bank, Ministry of Labour, Ministry of Tourism etc.

Furthermore, she has supported smaller clients in the preparation of business plans for developing new activities and expanding operations abroad. She has also supported startups in the design of their internal operations, as well as in the preparation of their business model canvas and the management of a financial award.

Maria has studied Economics and Political Science at Georgetown University.
