Martha Kesisoglou is the Corporate Affairs Executive Director at Nova, serving as a strategic, communications, and sustainability advisor, as well as advisor to the President of the Hellenic Association of Tourism Enterprises (SETE). She is also a marketing, corporate social responsibility (CSR), sustainability, and public relations executive.
With a career that spans 25 years, she has held senior management positions in marketing, communications and CSR within the banking and aviation/tourism sectors. She has worked at Athens International Airport, NovaBank (Millennium bcp), Piraeus Bank and Eurobank, where she served as Director of Wholesale Marketing, CSR and Public Relations (2014-2021) and was a member of the Steering Committee of egg – enter grow go.
Her career to date has been closely connected to all corporate and communications marketing functions, including C-suite communications consulting, press relations, crisis management, stakeholders engagement, integrated B2M marketing (retail, wholesale, startup), internal communications, initiation of large-scale strategic business synergies and initiatives, traditional and digital advertising, sustainability and ESG transformation, and a 360 strategic public relations approach.
She is a member of the Corporate Responsibility Committee of the American-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce, a startups business mentor and a volunteer in financial literacy and school mentoring programmes. She has received multiple awards in marketing, innovation, corporate social responsibility and entrepreneurship.
Martha holds a BSc in Business from Deree College and a Master’s degree in Sociology from the University of Kent.
