Nikos Spachis

Nikos Spachis is an accomplished hospitality operations professional with substantial corporate management experience across Europe and the Middle East. He has demonstrated a strong track record of driving transformative results in hospitality operations within the healthcare, education and tourism sectors.

His core expertise lies in overseeing complex and multi-site operations at the corporate level. He also brings considerable experience in fostering cross-functional collaboration, strengthening service delivery, leading organisational restructuring initiatives and identifying opportunities for revenue generation and cost efficiency. Throughout his career, he has maintained dedication to delivering high-quality customer experiences across diverse operational portfolios.

He is currently based in Qatar where, among other responsibilities, he manages the housekeeping and the catering operations for 16 hospitals at Hamad Medical Corporation. In addition to his primary work, he is an active small-scale investor with interests in the startup ecosystem and a range of industries.

Nikos holds a BA (Hons) from London South Bank University, an MSc in Tourism Management from the University of Surrey and an Executive MBA from Kellogg-WHU Business School (Northwestern University).
