Vaios Gkitsas is the founder of Upset Partners, the only go-to-market venture studio that supports early-stage B2B startups across Europe and the Middle East. 

He is known for his work in startup entrepreneurship. With over 20 years of experience in the enterprise software world, he specialises in turning ideas into real businesses and successfully bringing them to market. He has launched and grown 3 companies, achieved a successful exit and repeatedly raised capital from both private and institutional investors.

Throughout his career, he has collaborated with some of the most successful incubators and accelerators such as Antler, 500 Startups and Hub71, and has worked alongside leading software entrepreneurs worldwide.

He got his MBA from Strathclyde University and has participated in specialised programmes on startups and venture capital at leading organisations such as Y Combinator and Imperial College Business School.
