The Acceleration platform participants can enjoy all the benefits, services and infrastructure offered to acquire important skills and tools that will enable them to face the challenges on the path towards business creation, growth and success.
At the same time, the Acceleration platform participants commit to complying with the terms of the Standing Call for Expression of Interest, as well as the detailed terms of the Acceleration participation agreement that they will be asked to sign if they qualify. These include the following key commitments participants are required to accept:
- Act in good manners and in line with the commonly accepted rules of social and professional conduct, applying due diligence and professionalism when using the programme infrastructures and services.
- Pay a monthly participation fee, amounting to forty-five euros (€45.00) including VAT for the first year and ninety euros (€90.00) including VAT, from the second year onwards, for the duration of their participation in the egg Acceleration platform. If they wish, they can optionally be hosted in the egg building (for use as a main office, or as a branch office, or as a subsidiary office) for a rental fee of ninety euros (€90.00) a month for each separate workspace the team will occupy in the egg building. This amount will be used for further enhancing the benefits the egg Accelerator participants enjoy (e.g. extroversion actions, networking, etc.).
- Pay a token success fee of four point seventy-five percent (4.75%) on any financing achieved if, during their participation in the egg Accelerator, they secure financing in the form of investment capital for their business plan. Any amount paid by the participants will be again used to further enhance the benefits of the egg Accelerator to its participants (e.g. extroversion actions, networking, etc.).
- State that they were supported in the development of their business plan by the egg when they proceed with any promotional and publicity action in relation to the business plan they used to enter the Acceleration platform – assuming that such communication actions are under their control.
