For your application to be eligible for the Acceleration platform, fill it in online and send it by the deadline for submitting applications. If the Acceleration platform is right for you, follow our instructions and apply in 6 steps.
1 – Register now
Only 1 member of your startup needs to register. They’ll fill in all the members’ details and attach all required documents.
Create your profile
To create your profile on the Acceleration platform:
- Choose “APPLY” from the top menu. This option is available only during the time when you can submit an application.
- Fill in your name and email. Your email is the username for your account.
- Choose your password.
Complete your registration
To complete your registration, follow the link we email you.
Download the files
When you log in for the 1st time, you can download:
- A template to prepare your business plan correctly.
- Instructions for the solemn declarations you need to prepare for yourself and each member of your startup.
You may return to Step 1 of the application at any time to download the files.
2 – Fill in all the fields
The basics about your idea – Fill in the general title of your idea and choose the industry it falls under.
Your company (if you have one) – Fill in the details of your company: name, registered office, tax number and date of incorporation.
Your personal details – Fill in your details: full name, email, phone number, address, date of birth and ID card no.
The details of your startup members – Specify each member’s role in your startup and fill in their details: full name, email, phone number, date of birth and ID card no.
You can save your application as a draft at any time. All information you filled in up to that point is saved.
You can make as many changes and corrections as you want before you submit your application.
You cannot make any changes once you’ve submitted your application.
3 – Prepare your business plan
Use the template you downloaded in Step 1 of the application to complete your business plan.
Pay close attention to each and every detail in your business plan. You’ll be scored based on this.
A well-prepared business plan may earn you a spot in the Acceleration platform.

4 – Collect the solemn declarations for your startup members
Fill in the details
To fill in the solemn declaration, follow the instructions you downloaded in Step 1 of the application.
Validate the signatures
To sign the solemn declaration, visit a Citizens Service Centre (KEP) or a police station. There you’ll get your signature validated.
Otherwise, you can get your signature validated online through gov.gr.

Digitise the solemn declarations
Scan or take a photo of the solemn declarations, once they’ve been completed, signed and validated. Choose low resolution to keep the file smaller.
5 – Upload all documents in a single file
Create a single file
Attach the scanned documents or the photos of the solemn declarations to the business plan annex. If you want, you can convert the file into pdf.
Upload the file
Upload this single file in Step 1 of your online application.
Make changes
If you want to make changes to the uploaded file, you can delete it and upload the updated version.
You cannot make any changes once you’ve submitted your application.
6 – Send your application
After checking that you’ve filled in all the fields correctly, choose SUBMIT NOW.
A confirmation message and application number appear on your screen.
We also send you your application number by email.
