Alexandros Koudounas

Alexandros Koudounas is a senior business leader with more than 15 years of experience in sales, business development and strategic leadership across real estate, hospitality, and technology-driven services. He currently serves as Country Manager for Greece and Cyprus at IWG (International Workplace Group), the world’s largest provider of flexible workspace solutions. In this role, Alexandros leads the commercial strategy and operational performance of a growing network of workspace brands, managing cross-functional teams and driving sustainable market expansion.

Prior to joining IWG, Alexandros held key leadership positions in multinational and entrepreneurial environments, consistently delivering revenue growth, building high-performing teams and cultivating strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. His experience includes launching new business units, improving sales processes and implementing go-to-market strategies that balance commercial ambition with operational excellence.

Alexandros holds an MBA and a BSc in Mathematics, combining analytical problem-solving with a people-centric leadership style. Fluent in Greek, English and German, he enjoys operating in multicultural environments and collaborating with diverse teams.
