The egg – enter•grow•go initiative is significant in developing an ecosystem of innovative youth entrepreneurship and supporting the employment prospects of young people in the country. Through the Hellenic Innovation Centre, Microsoft has been actively supporting the efforts of Greek technology startups since 2008, hoping that the support we offer to the startups participating in egg – enter•grow•go will assist in their business success. Microsoft offers the teams the chance to enter the Microsoft BizSpark program.

The MIT Enterprise Forum Greece (MITEF Greece), the Greek chapter of the MIT Enterprise Forum, was established in August 2013 as a non-profit association by a group of experienced entrepreneurs and business professionals with engineering background. The chapter’s founding members decided to bring this global network and its unique resources to Greece because they believe in the potential of the local science and engineering community. They also value technology entrepreneurship as a growth engine, and understand the challenges startups face. MITEF Greece informs, connects and coaches technology entrepreneurs, helping them to directly transform their ideas into world-changing companies. We are a global network of local organizations, inspired by MIT and open to the world. We are confident that the MIT Enterprise Forum Greece can be a game-changer for Greek entrepreneurship and add significant value to the troubled Greek economy, in full alignment with the MIT Enterprise Forum’s global mission and social role.

MPlegal gladly supports egg – enter•grow•go, both because the initiative falls within its area of expertise, and, therefore it is able to offer added value to the participants, and because it identifies with and fully adopts the aims of the initiative to support innovative youth entrepreneurship.
