Hobsido is a startup aiming to provide technological solutions to the Greek Real Estate market by creating tools and services which utilize Machine Learning and AI technologies. At the present stage, its first product, Ektimiseto.gr, is a free online web app in which users fill in their property’s characteristics and receive an automatic estimation of its real market value, saving both time and money. If they wish, their property’s characteristics and its valuation become visible to Hobsido’s partnering brokers in order to propose an offer. That way, Hobsido uncovers “hidden” clients and connects them with brokers, while making the process easier for both.
The team’s next goal is to implement Hobsido Insights, which will utilize the large amount of data that it has collected to provide reports with critical analyses and metrics to the public, all the while kick-starting the Greek Real Estate market’s digital transformation.
