Gina Mamidakis

Gina Mamidakis was born in Athens. She is the second daughter of George and Aristea Mamidakis and a mother of 3 children.

She graduated from Arsakeio High School, continued her studies in Political and Economic Science at the University of Athens and got her Master’s degree at the University of Manchester in England. She has attended specialised hotel programs at Cornell University and completed the OPM Program at Harvard Business School.

Gina Mamidakis has a strong presence in tourism affairs and is a founding and Board Member at the Association of Greek Tourism Enterprises (SET) since 1991, Vice Chairperson of the Institute of the Association of Greek Tourism Enterprises (INSETE) and an Honorary Ambassador of Chile to Crete. She has served as a Board Member at SEV International, the Hellenic-American Business Council, EEDE, EENE, the Hellenic-American Chamber of Commerce, the Hellenic-Russian Chamber of Commerce, the Professional Woman’s Forum and Chaîne des Rotisseurs.

She is the President of the G & A Mamidakis Foundation, which, apart from charity work, organises symposiums and exhibitions, supports modern art and promotes companies and organisations of modern Greece internationally through the lovegreece.com online platform.
