PerformAnts

PerformAnts is an online application for organising concerts. It is addressed to professional musicians, venues and managers, and the public.

The application takes on the role of an e-manager to bring together bands and venues, so they can easily organise concerts and advertise them to the public.

PerformAnts replaces the traditional phone calls and emails, standardising boring and recurring processes that add no value to the artistic process. It helps bands discover matching venues and vice versa, building on machine learning techniques and an effective search engine. It also supports tours, encouraging users to book concerts on consecutive days to minimise transport costs, and advertises the concerts to the appropriate target audience.

PerformAnts increased the mobility of the musicians and the accessibility of venues, reducing costs and the complexity required to organise a concert. It brings music to its audience, regardless of the audience’s whereabouts.
