George Daniolos

George Daniolos is currently the CEO of the CORDIA Group (former ENGIE), the largest Facility Management and energy services company in Greece.

Previously, he was the CEO of HERON Energy from 2017 to 2022, while at the same time he was CEO of IRON Thermoelectricity from 2017 to 2021.

He has also been the CEO of ENGIE Hellas SA from 2006 to 2021, effectively having the responsibility for 3 companies in the last 5 years. His career in these companies was accompanied by successful corporate transformations, and increasing turnover and market share in all the sectors in which these 3 companies operate.

Until 2006, he worked at Vodafone in various positions of responsibility in Greece and abroad (Vodafone Albania CEO, South Europe Commercial Manager, Head of Strategy, etc.) for more than 10 years.

He has a degree in Electrical Engineering (University of Patras) and a master's degree in Business Research (University of Warwick). He is the father of 2 children, swims, fishes, rides a bicycle, and speaks Greek, English and German.
