Maria Kefala is Director at OCTANE Management Consultants. She has 10 years of consulting experience supporting start-ups, large corporate clients as well as public sector clients on strategic, commercial and operational issues.

In particular, she has carried out numerous projects to transform the customer experience, optimize the commercial operation and operational redesign for clients such as WIND Hellas, PPC, Vivartia, ETAD, DEDDIE, Public, Emporiki Bank, Ministry of Labor, Ministry of Tourism, etc.

In addition, she has supported smaller clients in the preparation of business plans for the development of new activities and for the expansion of activities abroad as well as start-ups in the planning of their internal operation as well as the preparation of the business model canvas and management of a financial award.

She studied Economics and Political Science at Georgetown University.
