Nikos Christodoulou
Nikos Christodoulou is an Equity Partner, Leader of consulting practice at Deloitte Greece since 2018.
Before joining Deloitte, from 2011 to 2018 he worked at the National Bank of Greece as Group COO and CIO. As a COO and CIO, he was responsible for managing all of the Group’s Operations, including digitisation, back-office operations, treasury operations, real estate management and technical services.
During the same period, he was the Chairman at Ethnodata, a subsidiary of the National Bank that offers IT and accounting services to the Group. He also served as Board Member at Banka Romaneasca in Romania.
In the past, he has worked as a Partner and Head of Financial Services for another international consulting company in Greece.
He has significant experience in planning and managing major projects, in preparing business plans for investments in new technologies, and in developing new digital structures.

- From 2008 to 2009 he served as Chairman at DIGIAID SA, a government organisation targeted at assisting SMEs and citizens to invest in new technologies.
- From 2004 to 2008 he served as Chairman at the Observatory on the Information Society, a government organisation monitoring the progress of IT and Communication technologies in Greece.
- From 2003 to 2007 he served as member of the Advisory Board at Attica Ventures, a subsidiary of the Bank of Attica.
Nikos holds a BSc in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), an MBA from Warwick Business School and a PhD from the NTUA.
He has also worked as a research fellow at INSEAD (France) and the NTUA.
